Dan Reilly

Dan Reilly

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Dan is an entrepreneur with two decades of experience building businesses and managing capital. Before focusing on commercial real estate and serving as a sponsor to other investors, he invested personally in single-family rentals across Florida for more than a decade.

Professionally, Dan led sales and business development teams in the technology sector, culminating in the launch of B2X Global, a company he founded in 2013 and sold in 2022 after scaling it past $15M in recurring revenue. He studied business at the University of North Florida and holds a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. His career began in Audit & Assurance services at KPMG before moving into IT and real estate.

Greg Danielson

Greg Danielson

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Greg is an executive leader and business-optimization expert with a proven track record of delivering operational performance. Before launching Measured Capital, he spent 14 years as a Partner and Executive Vice President at Profit Recovery Partners, a consulting firm that has saved its clients more than $7.5 billion.

His long-standing interest in real estate led him to leave a successful consulting career to co-found Measured Capital and apply that same discipline to commercial assets. Greg earned a business degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He now focuses on asset management and ensuring the operational success of each property.
